What inspired the name?

‘HELLO’ is often used to signal the start of a conversation. The start of a human connection

‘AGILITY’ represents the ability to think quickly and clearly; to learn and make decisions with speed; to move with grace, elegance and ease. It represents human performance at its finest

‘HELLO AGILITY’ exists to help you solve society’s most complex problems and drive outperformance in life and at work through the conscious design of human interactions

Who did it all start with?

Lai-Ling Su

Hello Leader, Hello Medico. Lai-Ling works with executives and doctors to build their leadership and relationship skills so that they (and their teams) can outperform in life and at work

From the ages of 8 to 22, Lai-Ling managed her family’s hospitality businesses in Australia’s Hunter Valley wine region. Her appreciation of trust, story and the complexities of human relationships emerged from those early years and today they have become her area of expertise

Over the past 19 years, Lai-Ling has led and worked with local, national and global leaders that transform and run businesses in industries such as banking, consulting, data, disability, financial services, healthcare, hospitality, insurance, marketplaces and technology

In other words, Lai-Ling has spent a lifetime living and working with ambitious people who want to do extraordinary things and create extraordinary impact for their customers, colleagues and communities whist pursuing the good life for themselves, their families and their friends

These experiences give Lai-Ling an unusual breadth and depth of perspective on how leadership and relationship skills can impact performance in life and at work; in startups and at multinationals; in small family businesses and at large publicly listed companies - including names such as CBA, NAB, Macquarie, Westpac and the ASX itself
