WORLD KINDNESS DAY (13 November)

Decades of scientific research tells us that when we are kind to others, we are happier and healthier.

Fun Fact: You don’t need to perform big grand acts of kindness to get the benefits of being kind.

People who performed random and informal acts of kindness (such as bringing a meal to a grieving friend) tended to be happier than people who performed more formal acts of kindness (such as volunteering at a soup kitchen).

Action: What small act of kindness are you going perform this World Kindness Day?
